Have anyone found any good job boards focused on either remote full time work or asynchronous full time work that is not a tech role, marketing or sales role and focus on more business type roles like operations, management, recruiting, etc.? (No developer, QA tester, UX designer etc.)

I randomly applied for a job opening with a smaller tech company. Within five days, I got an offer that pays 62% more than my current salary! Currently have J1 as current employer used The work one for my BC. I looked at Equifax/ The work one to see if J2 uses that service, fortunately they don’t.
Question - if J2 runs a BC for J1 and Finds out I am still employed isn’t that a red flag?
