Now in the final stages with 2 companies... 1st is a FAANG where I have Individual contributor role at a senior level - 425 k tc (175 base + 250k rsu per year) and 2nd is a svp level role with large very well known tech consulting firm where I will report to ceo of my business unit with similar tc of 400k (325k plus 75k bonus.) I have 20 yoe. Which one would u choose if u r me.. assuming u get both offers?

After graduating with my MBA with a focus in project management, I moved organizations to go from an EMR education manager to a full time project manager specializing in EMR implementation projects. I’ve found that although I enjoy the work- changing organizations and roles in a remote world was harder than I anticipated. Just finished my first year in audit. Recruiter reached out to me for a role with a 30% bump in salary. Total comp included it gets closer to 45%. I actually enjoyed my first year and especially being done with busy season now feeling pretty good. Not at all actively looking to leave, but just looking for advice on if I would be crazy for not pursuing an opportunity for so much more money at least a little further. Really what I care about is my long term career more than anything

When calculating YOE, if you are working 2 jobs, can you double count those years? For reference, I’ve been an Army Reserves officer for the last 5 years since coming off active duty, and spend about 30-40 hours per month (outside of 2-4 week annual training) on that job. So it’s not like driving Uber, it’s a high stress/very involved job. Technically I have 7 years Active Army + 5 years D + 5 Years reserves if I count them.
