Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Quick qstn - I'm receiving HRA of 24075 from my employer but I would like dhow the rent paid as 96k p.a (while filing ITR). Even if I do so, I was only able to get exemption of 24075 from gross. Checking if we can speak to payroll department to increase Actual HRA since I'm actually paying more rent than compared. Will I be able to do so ?Deloitte Newco EY Accenture Genpact KPMG

Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. First, congratulations. What a great opportunity ahead of you and what an arduous journey to get here. Very happy for you.
To be real OP, my mom is very sick right now, so my advice comes from a place of deep reflection. So, expect me to wax quixotic.
1. To begin with, go hit the ball. Lord knows by getting to this point in this bowl took a lot of work. You’ve put in the work. You’re ready. Trust the fundamentals and go deliver. No need to cram for a test you’ve been studying your whole life for.
2. Have fun. What a great opportunity to meet some new individuals, expressing to them the excitement you to have to meet them and the potential to work with them, improving a company I personally love (#homepage). Relax and be in the pocket.
3. Congratulate yourself. This was a tough opportunity to earn and, as a result, approach the opportunity from a place of great joy. That will reason aye.
4. Stay humble. You’re close, but you’re not there yet.
5. Call your people. Family / friends. Let them know how much a part of your success they have been and how much you appreciate their love and support. Success is a team sport - you need them. And, frankly, sometimes they are yanked away from you too soon and it is just such a real, raw, and visceral feeling.
Interviews come down to skill and attitude. You’ve got the skills. Show them the attitude.
I’m pulling for you. Be you, be real, be fun, be humble, and go get that job.
Love,
Dr. Kearney
