Good morning friends, I’m currently working in a clinical healthcare role but want to transition into change mgmt (healthcare). How could I bolt onto a change mgmt engagement as an assistant or facilitator? I’m near the end of an unpaid volunteer role in an OD engagement and it has worked great because it requires low hours of work while still providing me with experience.
