Have an offer in industry. It’s a relatively new company that is growing fast and lots of opportunity to move up quickly and make a difference. Salary increase wouldn’t be large but enough to make a difference. My heart wants to do it but there is risk involved - not as much stability as the Big 4 company I work for and I’m supporting a family. What do I do?
