Have upcoming phone interview and then “loop” for partner development role. What can I expect?

I am a working mom of 16 mo. A software engineer & looking to switch to different engg role. Have to prepare for full day tech interviews. Im really struggling to find time to study with a toddler at home. Weekday mornings and evenings chores (daycare pick up/drop off, prep meals, pack lunch, give bath etc) along with full time job leaves no time during the week. Weekends are even busier since daycare is closed. Im so exhausted from all these chores that whatever time I get, I want to rest up.

Tired of traveling. Not sure if my background makes it easy to transition into a sr. leadership role in industry. Options?

Younger brother (college senior) has an on-site interview coming up with Bates White? Anyone on here have experience interacting with them? Tips?

If I move into a financial analyst position after two years of audit experience (and 1 promotion) will i likely start at the bottom of the totem pole? After a few months, I was told no raises because of the pandemic (understood).
