As a consultant, I find the risk of creating power points to be the ultimate thrill. Nothing is more fun than trying to line up all the boxes of text with the tables and the fancy shapes and then rolling the dice of life when I present it to a room full of people not knowing if the entire file will reformat itself when I open it on presentation day. Call me a thrill junkie, but I live for this stuff.

ACN interviewer made a mistake and did case study interview for manager level role instead of consultant role. I have great feedback from 1st Interview and not so much from case interview because of this. I had a catch up with the recruiter this morning and he said they've now closed recruitment and have said they will get in touch with me towards end of January for Q2 recruitment and that I may need to do case interview again. Good prospects or bad?

Need career advice: in industry, took a job in the function I want but not the exact team to hopefully internally move later. Just found out that our team is looking to hire someone who would focus on what I actually want to do (however position hasnt been approved yet and no idea if it truly aligns but based on the name it does). I haven’t really been upfront with my interests in doing more work related to the team I want but have dropped subtle hints. Worth being upfront? More in comments

Hello. I feel like my boss isn’t giving me credit for my work. They have a direct line to c-suite where I currently do not. I have worked on about 3-4 different projects and have essentially brought the projects to 95% completion. As a follow up my boss reviews my work or revises anything needs it and then takes the final product to share with executive leadership. I have sense that when the work is presented they aren’t directly stating that I did all the work. Pretty irritated. Thoughts?
