I'm into Salesforce with 6.2yrs of experience working as a Sr. Developer having the current CTC as 14lpa. And got an offer from Mindtree for the same Sr. Developer position(C3- Module Lead), as Lead position requires minimum 7yrs of experience. They offered me a package of 19.2lpa. Is this worthy? Please suggest how much can I expect from them? Also how is the hike cycle in Mindtree ? Mindtree

Yup. Did 11.5 months then went “back”. The grass is not always greener!
Thanks. I’m trying to take it as a learning experience too. Now I can be better guided and clearer in my questions to future agencies I may interview with.

I figured it out in about 3 months. Stayed 6 months total.
I don’t even know if I could give this place 3 months… or even want to take that long to see, lol. The disorganization has made it so impossible to even onboard. Basic tasks are like pulling teeth because no one knows nothing about anything and all point fingers at each other.
I’m experiencing it right now. I’m three months in and wondering if I should jump ship or stick it out for a little longer.
It’s a tough decision. Any major red flags sticking out to you?
I did. Wound up being a nightmare and I stayed too long. Don’t make that mistake.
Just did this exact thing. I knew once I got into the door at the new agency it was a mistake. Find a new job. You only live once. Be happy.
Took 7 months but I found a new role that’s a much better fit.
I knew from day one. It sucked but I learned a lot from that situation. Left for a better agency after 3 months and it’s not even on my resumé
Sounds similar to my situation. This company has project managers, but I’m 3 weeks in and haven’t met any. No one regulates where jobs are at, they don’t use their own servers, everyone hoards creative files on their desktop, account doesn’t come around unless it’s for a review, department leads are also sparse. I could go oooon and on…
Can you be the one to bring the process implementation? That's a skill to add into your resume
I’ve definitely tried!…even though my time has been short. I’ve recommended changes to the VP/ACDs and other departments. But I was met with a few responses that left me feeling… like it’s not worth it? Such as “we’re obviously aware of the issues and working to fix them.” Or “we’re not looking for you to tell us about our efficiency”
True, some people like that here. They aren't willing to put the work in to fix things. It's always we need more designers.
There is no head creative here lol
Same as the rest though.
My brand broke off on its own thankfully so I don't deal with that part much, but lacking help and trying I'm work on my teams processes
