HCL Technologies ​E2 Band - New Variable Pay Policy
​I have an offer for an E2 band Tech Lead role in HCL Technologies . My CTC breakdown shows a quarterly variable component. Given the recent official announcement about merging variable pay into fixed monthly pay, I wanted to ask current E2s:
​Does the full "Variable" amount from the offer letter now come in the monthly payslip?
​Is there any "Annual Performance Bonus" for E2, or is everything now fixed monthly?

Has anyone worked in Korea? How was the transition and how did you get there? Pros and cons?
