HCL Technologies Went through HR discussion and salary discussion 10 days back. Initial required documents are sent from my side over mail to HR as they asked. HR told they will proceed with the profile and will update back post getting the approval. After that no update yet and HR is not responding over mails/calls as usual. I am a DE (1 year relevant experience) earning about 9LPA. I have received multiple offers from companies for the role of business analyst. They are offering me 15-18 LPA. The work however if not of an engineer/ SDE rather it is of consultant/ business professional.
I myself am a technical guy and love technology I never considered these options but the money they are offering is too good for me to ignore. I am confused. Should I grab the offer with high pay but with a different role?
