I am a DE (1 year relevant experience) earning about 9LPA. I have received multiple offers from companies for the role of business analyst. They are offering me 15-18 LPA. The work however if not of an engineer/ SDE rather it is of consultant/ business professional.
I myself am a technical guy and love technology I never considered these options but the money they are offering is too good for me to ignore. I am confused. Should I grab the offer with high pay but with a different role?

Does anyone have a tool/ site that calculates what the offer would need to be to leave a current role, all things considered? Of course, it’s anything more than you’re making now, but I’m looking for something that accounts for LTE, the hassle, risk, etc.

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition. I passed out in 2020. Studied a little full stack. While doing that for 1 yr and applying interviews. I finally landed as devops tarine with 1yr bond.the ctc is 1.2 lakh per yr. its been few months. I have been tarined and have been doing small tasks. After internship company told i will b permanent and the salary will increase.
I liked devops at beginning but now its hard.I am at crossroads. I like am thinking of pursing mba as i like management.
