My final round with Deloitte for UK Tech Consulting Manager position soon. Strangely it’s not a PMD round as it usually is for other Big4/tech consulting firms.
1. Can anyone tell me if they’ve been through the whole process without speaking to PMD? (First round Sr Manager, second Case Interview by a manager and third again by a manager) 2. What is a typical salary to expect? I was asked in screening but kept it vague (e.g can discuss later bla bla). I was hoping 75-80 (ridiculous?)

As stated, there is more time to stay in certain roles like EM. Also on expert tracks its called "grow or go" instead of "up or out" so you can remain in a role but need to showcase you are growing your expertise and impact
at AP/Partner level
Chief
It's not really correct. Up or out is being slowed down at the EM level, basically because EMs are leaving a lot and it's a bit problem. So instead of "up or outing" EMs who don't want to be AP you can stay an EM for a bit longer (5 to 6 years)
Chief
I'll also add that EM and AP are very different jobs. AP has a much greater client development focus, and not everyone is interested in that
Doubt it.
I'm building a better working world that's why 🥺
