Accepted an offer with Company A almost a month ago.  Start date is 6/20.  Meanwhile, I've interviewed with Company B and been told by HR that an offer is coming on Tuesday.  Company B is preferred. I've always been told that you sign the offer get the drug screen results before giving notice. However, I don't want to start with Company A and then give notice after a week or two. Just seems like a crappy thing to do.

Am I overthinking this too much? Any suggestions or advice?

Any companies have roles that require a test or examination and/or structured interview with questions that are confidential? And, require on-site testing for security/proprietary reasons? If so, have you had an accommodation request for an applicant to take the test/interview remotely? In the past I feel like modifying a pre employment exam to allow applicant to take from home would be burdensome/substantial modification. But now with remote/telework I am not sure. Any thoughts?

If anyone has interviewed at another big 4 firm while currently working at one. What have you used as an answer for any question similar to “why do you want to switch?”

I just accepted an offer at another big4 and I feel so blessed to be making $130k in LOCL as a 23 year old with less than 1.25 YOE.

And I find it funny that I'm gonna be "senior" consultant/associate at my age and YOE. I don't know jack shit, and will completely understand if my clients/senior peers don't give me any respect at all.
