Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. Any insight on the interview process or how long it takes or any sort of idea to give me on what I could look for that might help me believe I might get an offer? Not sure whether to be honest or not in this situation. I have decided that I want to leave my job and do a masters degree. I’m planning to leave my job at the end of June, should I warn my boss now so she can start hiring? I don’t want her to be blindsided by my decision and hiring is very slow at the moment.
