How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

So I just recently passed my CPA exams and I’m now looking for new opportunities. I’m hoping to work at a big 4 firm in tax and possibly connect with anyone working there right now. Please reach out to me, I would look forward to connecting and learning more about potential opportunities. Thanks!EY PwC Deloitte KPMG

Big no to LTIMindtree. Don't jeopardize your career for a few extra bucks; consider getting an offer from another company instead.
The job market could become worse if they fire you.
Here’s the scenario: If you have a high CTC, you will need projects with substantial budgets. You might face an 80% rejection rate due to low budgets and short timelines. This could lead to frustration, and eventually, the workforce management team might ask you to resign.
It’s essentially playing with your career.
Hmm.. Thanks for providing a clear picture within LTIMindtree..

Don't Join LTIMindtree
You don't have to worry about the job security as long as you're in a project. If you're good at what you do, no need to worry about the bench as well, cause I see the good talent is not staying on bench for longer period.
Don't expect hikes and perks as Delloitte. Believe in you talent and jump into LTIM if you don't have any better option.
Try for other counter offers if didn’t get then check in ltimindtree did u got in the project else check the hike if it’s satisfied or not else join current org
I have read many bad reviews of LTImindtree
Because of this reason I didn’t joined LTIMINDTREE where I joined the accenture organisation where i got 2 lackhs less.
due to such depth interview if u fail to crack they will anyhow fire you & Understanding the market I joined accenture.
Join LTIMindtree.. But try negotiate further more on CTC
Not sure about Nielson but go through post in this bowl you'll get to know whether to join LTIM or not.
Can I provide my 2 cents? @Deloitte
LTIMindtree reviews are not convincing. From the options, you can go for Neilson. Do you mind sharing your tech stack ?
Tech stack is really good, you can keep trying for other opportunities in the meanwhile. All the best !
Go for it.
Because of this so many bad reviews I didn’t joined LTIMINDTREE where I joined the accenture organisation where i got 2 lacks less.
due to such depth interview internally for any project if u fail to crack they will anyhow fire you & Understanding the market I joined accenture.
