I'm totally confused at this very moment that which offer to choose, since I'm having two offers and LTIMindtree is one of them.

Current- Deloitte: 3.5 yrs exp - 8.7LPA

Offers:
Nielsen - 13.5LPA
LTIMindtree- 15LPA

Due to monetary increment, I'm planning to join LTIMindtree.

What do you guys suggest? I'll consider my next steps whatever you guys suggest.

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Have y’all been getting raises/bumps in any kind of regular cycle? Thx.

Does your assigned office location matter much? We got acquired and are currently integrating. Specifically, I have team members in Jersey City that are a quick subway ride from NY locations, but are hours away from their assigned NJ office by public transit. We're told it's policy that everyone is assigned to an office in their home state, but that it's okay to use visit any office location and not to worry about it. Is that all true? Will they not have to make that long commute often?

This is regarding Visa Appointment for Germany - in VFS.
My visa expiry is June 2023 , whereas my Appointment to consulate is July 2022. I am going to renew my visa now but for my appointment I had given my current passport number and for appointment I need to carry the renewed passport(Which will have new Passport Number) , please help if this will be an issue?? Need some positive suggestions.

I'm a data analyst(SQL, Python, ETL, Viz) with 6.5yrs exp at LTI(1 Month exp).
I left PWC AC after 6 months of joining because of the nature of dabba work I was getting(80% testing/documentation, 20% technical). Worked for 12+ hrs everyday and wanted to have some wlb.

Now in LTI, life is too peaceful and there's no technical work in current project. I'm getting thoughts like I'm wasting my skills by taking less tech projects at this stage of career.

Guys how are the chances of getting onsite in LTI. I know it depends on project and requirements, but still what percentage of components are available in each project for onsite

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.
