However every related role that opens has hundreds of apps. I have geared my resume & cover letter to the roles, I have gained experience, & I try to apply as early as possible. I totally understand if it’s too competitive/I’m not a good fit- but is this now an org where you typically need to know someone to land an interview? Just curious on thoughts

Looking at HRIS options with a client, 35 staff. They are currently using Namely but it is clunky and doesn’t include some of the things they want (integrated ATS, documents, onboarding and offboarding checklists, time off tracking). ADPRun current payroll and are considering Rippling, BambooHR, and Paylocity. Using JazzHR as an ATS right now but would like to fold that into the HRIS so that they can use those dollars for a more robust perf mgmt system. Any thoughts on these or others?

Hi friends, Got two offers. One with: Humana(Remote)[Insurance based company]and another with Mastercard(Hybrid) (Ofallon, MO)-need to relocate after 6 months. Both are for Senior software Engineer. Humana- TC= 155K, Mastercard-TC=175. Which is a better option, as talk are going on that, recession will happen soon. Is it me or you as well postponed the plans for marriage/ proposals if any? I feel Iike this is a good time to bond at least with texts,calls or an outdoor meet and talk anything except covid. Just doesn’t feel like the right mindset to think about marriage with what is going on.
