I am working in Accenture (13.7 LPA fixed and 2.5 LPA variable) and I got an offer from LTIMindtree with 20 LPA (Fixed + Variable will be paid fully unlike Accenture).

Experience - 5 years in Custom Design, Development in Oracle Products

Should I go for this offer(also sit for other interviews) and resign from Accenture?
In this time, will it be good to change company?
Should I go for discussion with Accenture for salary hike?

I had my kind of hr round with TCS
They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
