Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

No wlb concept in Big4, if you're eager to learn and can drag 12-14hrs per day with desi clients then opt for PwC India but they too nowadays have a good amt of migration and support projects only.
If you really want the Big4 tag try for Deloitte India or other global big 4 firms
With indian entities you'll learn a lot but pay is comparatively low as compared to the global counterparts and frequent client site visits and no personal time/space. Be ready to lose Weekend and earned leaves for the learning.
PS - Ex Deloitteian!
Dm me will let you know
Appreciate if you could share the CCTC & CTC offered
Congrats on your offer,
My ex colleague mentions better than Pwc and you need to extend 10-11hrs
PwC India is better. However work life balance is very poor in Indian Big 4s so be ready for unrealistic deadlines.
