I'm currently searching for opportunities in Procurement / Purchase roles where SAP MM is used internally.
I have over 10 years of experience in administration, dispatch,invoicing,RFQ,quotation handling,vendor coordination,payment follow-ups & order management.I have recently completed my SAP MM certification.
I am specifically interested in:
• Procurement / Purchase/PTP

I am open to office or hybrid roles in Kolkata.

If I’m at a T2 (OW/LEK/ATK) strategy shop, would going to a T3 MBA (Darden, Fuqua, Stern, Tuck, etc) improve my current brand, or more so keep neutral....have no doubt the M7 would enhance, but struggling to see huge upside in the others given the financial & time investment required

Is an MBA really worth it?

What does an online MBA look like in terms of class time, work load, realistic time to complete etc?

I have a good friend who is looking for a VP of marketing type position coming from a top health system. Minneapolis area, has prior Big 4 experience and an MBA from a top 5 program. Thoughts?

Hey Friends, need help!! I am a developer with 1.6 YoE, got placed on-campus (NIT), can code well in Java and Python, but want to move into an analyst type role as I am not sure if I can be a good 'developer'.
Is it an ideal move for a long career, or if I want to do an MBA in future?
If so, could you please suggest how to prepare for such roles in good companies?
I feel a little lost with a lot of self doubt, and possibly need some counselling on this too. Suggestions are welcome.

Anyone here made the move from a boutique ECVC firm to in house at a VC? My Y1/Y2 background was V20 ECVC hard hitting firm in the Bay, and now I’m at a large boutique with a strong rep in this field in So Cal. I don’t want to make partner, so I’m exploring what options there may be to go in house with an ECVC background. Any insight on responsibilities, W/L balance, leadership, etc in these in house roles?

FWIW, I’m a JD/MBA with a background in finance.

Does your review ratings at work factor in at all to your application/mba review? Or are the recommendation letters the only insight admissions gets into your work performance?

Have an offer for a SM strategy role in industry. Offer is coming in at 280- 300 TC. Total experience 10+ years, 7 YOE at MBB, T5 MBA, MCOL city. Am I being low balled? Should I continue to search for something better?

Interested in getting SF admin cert, any tips on how I can improve my skills if I’m no longer on an SF project. Does having my own personal dev environment help? TIA

How difficult would it be to exit into MBB from Big 4 financial services consulting? Obviously it’s dependent on the candidate, but is this a switch one can accomplish without going back for an MBA?

Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?
