Hello All,I need your suggestion I have currently working in Deutsche Bank with 14.4 LPA with 10 years of exp and now appeared interview and clears all three rounds with Barclays and asked for AVP role but they said they have BA4 role as of now and I have asked for 25-27 LPA they refused and said we can Max give you 20 LPA.Other team also asked for interview and I cleared inter they said they will give me Max 21.5 LPA with BA4 Rol not AVP. I accepted the offer orally but till now no call fr them

Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. It’s not that I don’t know how, it’s that I doubt myself, and my language skills. I have had salary discussion with IBM on 9th Feb, awaiting offer letter. Erverytime I call HR, she says you'll get offer letter within 2 days. No luck yet. Does anyone have idea within how many days IBM releases offer letter.
