I have coordinating field days , ran a basketball club , was the full time gym teacher my first year the transition to behavioral specialist all under building sub where I was dealing with parents and student relationships ,helping instruct students and also doing referrals and setting up meetings plus so much more …but my pay has went down when I switched over to a para position
