I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

What are the possibilities of landing an apm role in a product company after a short stint with TCS? I don't want to stay in TCS after 5 to 6 months.

Any Bridge Engineers/Structural Engineers in here? I got my PE this year and have 5 YOE in TX + an MS. What sort of raise would you expect for receiving your PE working in a consulting firm? I am EOR on a number of structures in development, I manage EITs and Drafters (within projects; I'm not a supervisor), and am doing a lot in general. I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? Switched to a 3rd company (currently working here) which is my dream company for 18.5LPA with a total experience of 5.11 years.
Though I'm happy with my work and company culture, I am not completely satisfied with the current 18.5LPA salary. I always have a feeling I'm underpaid.

How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
