Recently, I jumped careers from Mechanical Design to Estimation and Take-off (more specifically, HVAC estimation). While I have come to enjoy it, Estimation itself is pretty Civil Engineering centric. So, accessing the right information has been a pain!
Currently, my job revolves around taking off HVAC outlets (grilles, registers, etc.), but I want to expand beyond this. Any pointers on how I could go about this would be appreciated.

Received a buyout offer but thinking of turning it down to recruit for more growth oriented roles as that’s where my real interests lie. Any thoughts on starting a career in buyout vs. directly in growth?

I am a senior in undergrad and have offers from the following:
- CDP - Accenture
- Associate -EYP (deal-tech)
- Associate - Simon Kucher

All are in the same city.
Definitely leaning towards EYP since it seems to have best comp and work I'm interested in but wanted to see if there's any reason to pick another since I'm pretty overwhelmed .

I want out of healthcare so badly but as the sole wage earner in my family I cannot afford to start over in an entry level role in a new industry. I am so systemically exhausted I am struggling to translate my current skill-set to market myself into non- healthcare markets. When I say non- healthcare, I truly mean completely NOTHING to do with any direct clinical or patient related/facing anything. Anyone have any worda of wisdom or insight? Any positive experiences in doing this yourselves?

I’m a creative account manager in retail/eCommerce. I was a creative producer before being an AM.
