Hi Capgemini people, Till 15th November we have to declare our vaccination status so that they can plan back to office for the employees who are fully vaccinated or having report of not having covid. I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Actually I am not much interested to go back to office as of now may be in february it will be fine for me

Restrict your carbs. The general suggestion is 20 net carbs a day, but check your macros to get a more accurate number. In the beginning, track everything. There’s an app called CarbManager that has been super helpful.

FWIW I did keto for over 2 years and had great weight loss results, but once you go off of it you gain back 10 lbs in water weight. In addition, if you do it for long enough you may start to get vitamin absorption issues - even though a keto diet is typically heavy on B12, I developed a severe B12 deficiency because my body stopped understanding how to absorb it.
If you do keto, take a day a week where you have some extra (good) carbs. Load up on fiber and drink lots of water.

Consider adding intermittent fasting, which is easier to do when on keto (many folks end up doing naturally, as you are no longer hungry every 3 hours)
Also watch out for added carbs in soups, dressings, sauces, etc. And avoid any vegetable/industrial seed oils — technically keto but terrible for health as they are unstable and prone to oxidation

I can second intermittent fasting. I do it with key-tonic which helps me to not be hungry or hangry, and keeps me energized so I can fast the 16 hours.

@OP - How tall are you and gender? Seems you're in a lot of the green for VeSync - why do you need to lose so much direly?
I would recommend trying ketones. You don’t have to worry about being strict diet but they help reduce cravings and appetite and stimulate fat loss. The 10 day challenge is a great start and then follow with a reboot (60 hour ketone fast). Click the links for more info!!
