My Current CTC is 25 offer of 37 and i have cleared the all rounds of Nokia i will have salary discussion might be tomorrow,
How much should I ask to Nokia.
I am planning to ask for 45 but not sure they will be able to match my expectation.

As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? Fourth-year associate. I will soon be commuting to Midtown Manhattan to a firm that pays market. From a financial perspective, am I completely nuts to be driving in and parking? Between tolls and parking, it’s going to be close to $10K a year as opposed to the bus/train being between $2500-$3000 a year. On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?
