Hello Attorneys, looking for some insight on complying with transitional CLE requirement of New York State. I found this provider “Mariano Legal Academy” which offering to provide program fulfilling 16 credits required for 1st year in 1 day. I’m trying to check if the provider is Accredited but got no response yet. Anyone has any insights on this provider? If not, any recommendations of other providers providing CLE courses at reasonable prices?

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? I am still bit reluctant to leave tech side, is it good in long run?

I am a consultant and have two exit opportunities in healthcare. They are totally different. Offer 1 is with a late stage startup. Thinking it would be a good pivot and entry point into Health tech. Offer 2 is with a health system doing strategy/ops. It pays more than offer 1 and probably has more stability. Both pay more than my current salary overall so I’m a winner with whatever I take. I have a in person(online, 4 hours - 4 people) technical interview coming up and I have been practicing my coding for the past 3 weeks. The only thought I've been having is "what if I can't solve the coding question?" I am still fairly new to the software engineer scene and the position is for a level 1 software engineer.

HR discussion yet to happen.. In the meanwhile got another interview scheduled tomorrow frm TCS whose talent acquisition person told its a pan india location and any location can be provided...
