Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Main issue is sapience hours but now I am able to clock it very easily per day, scheduling meetings is the way. Apart from that if you want promotion, Sapience + RTO is the main criteria. WLB for my team is pretty good. No chance of this project getting ended anytime soon.

Work model is 2/3 days per week.
Pressure is more for sapience compliance than real work. If you are a senior resource, you'll have lots of work. Us bank has many teams so depends in which team you're in.
It's good for long-term as this project is not coming to an end anytime soon.

Depends on the project. As it's a banking project you can expect Long term stability. People are working here for 10+ years. I have joined here recently too.
Manager warned about sapience. WFH depends on your project. Our teammates skip a few weeks here and there going to office. But don't make it a habit.
As long as you do your job and client is happy. Mostly no one cares
Guys I have a BGV initiated for a US bank but the client round is still pending.. ! I am not sure if this is normal practice in Us bank can anyone please guide
