I am a non-US IP lawyer, I’m planning on doing an LLM on IP/IT this year in the US. I am still waiting for the decisions but I’ve already gotten to accepted one. After getting admitted to the Bar (preferably California but would consider taking the NY exam as well), I intend to work ultimately for entertainment/ technology companies. Which university do you think has the best IP/IT LLM program (especially when taken into account my goals)?

In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities
Also, I had some Interest in CyberSecurity and I grinded it on my pre-final semester at Uni, should I try on that path as well or should I stick to development?

I’m looking to get into IP lit. I currently do ID lit (primarily auto). I’m only 7 months into practice. What are the chances I’ll be accepted into an IP lit position? If so, what kind of salary/bonuses should I expect?

Although I know you don’t need to pass the patent bar to “technically” do patent litigation, would it be a dead end move to pursue patent litigation without a technical degree / admission to the patent bar? In other words, would most BL firms refuse to staff associates on patent litigation cases if they don’t have a technical degree?
