Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?
Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.
Hey fishes,
I have given the interview in Hexaware and later on I got the email to fill the CAF form which is also done. Nos it's been 20 days and no call, no e-mail at all! I can see the status as offet pending.
I am on notice period and I have only 1 month remaining.
Is it like, hexaware will release the offer at the end time or something! Because I'm eagerly waiting for the offer as I don't have much time now!

I am a little confused, as I am not familiar with clinical research requirements. Are you in the US and applying in Canada or vice versa?
I found this that makes me wonder why we even have job application websites..."professional network of contacts, who can tell you about the “hidden” jobs (80-90% of all jobs are never published for lack of time, and filled-in by references or internal promotions)" in this article: https://cra-school.com/challenges-to-get-in-canadian-clinical-research/
I'm sure if you live in the area and have been practicing within the clinical trials field you meet requirements and you are a great candidate. Another thing where I found I messed up was resume...everyone always said to do a plain resume with no template but then a specialist said to redo it on Canva and I got a bunch of call backs. The networking thing is so true here in the US too, when I thought I wanted to do CRC I was advised to go volunteer. I'm sorry to hear you're having so much trouble. It's been hell trying to find a job as an MD with an MS in neuroscience that's not a clinical job...I did 4 years of research and I am still looking actively. I freelance, but I totally get the frustration. You're not alone. If you want someone or me even to look at Yue resume or cover letter that might help too? And networking events...I will need to do it too.
Not sure how it works in Canada, but I do know a lot of companies will not hire CRAs who have not been trained to be a CRA. I'd recommend looking into companies that offer CRA training and applying there, or potentially shifting to data coordinator route if you're open to it.
