I am looking for an Automation Testing opportunity with 7 years of experience in Selenium with Java, TestNG, Cucumber BDD, API Testing, SQL, and Manual Testing. I am an immediate joiner.

It has been almost 2 months since I have been out of work. I have been applying continuously, but unfortunately I am not receiving interview calls.

My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. HR negotiation is pending. Now if i negotiate for a higher salary.. what will happen? Would they be able to go beyond 15lpa?

They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.
