I am on my 1st year as a "Web Project Manager" and I also do testing on our projects and more.
In 2 weeks my contract ends and we both want to renew it by signing a permanent contract.

My company is in the Netherlands while I work remote in Greece. My salary, is the basic for the job and I am thinking how much of a raise I should ask.
I thought the first year was just a test and that now should be the most significant raise I will take for many years.
Do I think wrong?

How much % raise they usually offer for the one getting promoted from 601 —> 602?

Also, how much % raise one can ask for?
