Hello everyone, I got an offer from Pune company. They offered 11 LPA and 50K variable pay, I am having more than 6.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

I need help from you regarding offer is good or not if not what will be ideal salary should be?

Looking for a job change, Exp: 4.5 years
Role: Sr. CSR (Banking domain)
Current CTC : 4LPA
suggestion or any reference would be appreciated

I had HR round today for TCS, Everything was ok until HR offer salary, offering 11.5 for 4 yoe in automation testing, Current package is 7.65. I have said ok and she said i will receive offer letter in 7-10 days but i am not convinced with that offer.
I am thinking to reject that as it is very low and i can't put papers based on that low of a package.

Any suggestions??

I’m a second year BigLaw associate that pays market. I was offered the position at a modified salary and hourly expectation due to their expected work flow needs. I’m wondering what is the best way to approach the topic of getting on the full salary/hours. Do I wait until the bonuses are given at the end of my first year? Or bring it up at mid-year review? So I was a 5th year associate in nyc making 100 k a year 2k billable hours.. I decided to leave for the role Im in now.. my old countered to keep me at 115k (which was like pulling teeth for them) but I left anyways now I find out that they offered a 7th year 150 k and a partner title should I be offended that they didn’t even try more with me

I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
