I am currently on resignation with a bunch of offers. So I've to make decision specifically in regards with :
JPMC : 20 LPA (Fixed) and 3.9 LPA variable+benefits
Legato :. 24 LPA all fixed along 1 Lakh of benefits like free cab, shift allowance, free health insurance etc.

For JPMC I've to relocate and unknown areas can be costly in initial months plus even one visit back to my home via Delhi will cost 15-20k. While Legato is giving Gurgaon and it's like my 2nd home just 200km far.

Got a verbal offer from Deloitte to join their Audit Assurance Group in Phoenix Data Manager Specialist role for 147Kbase / 5K joining bonusNeed some help to evaluate if I’m being low balled. Annual bonus which is called AIP in Deloitte is not defined in offer AIP is not a set percentage and varies based on year and individual performance assuming nothing on first year but gets better after first year.
