Currently working a FT , making 140k-ish (TC). Looking to add a part time/ or possibly another full time role - To hit 200/year . Any recommendations on a full time job (w part time hours) or a good part time. I’m transitioning from Art Director to UX/UI Designer. As an AD, I’ve worked on UX/UI but it wasn’t the only thing I did. I don’t know how to title myself on my resume with all my experience being an AD and/or Designer though.

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I’ve worked really hard and I’m worried our wonderful news will throw chances with this :(- also if I don’t get promoted pretty sure it’s up or out. Any advice?

Just wanted to generally understand what is the average salary in the field of sustainability. I am working as a green building certifier and ESG consultant for one of the firm with package of 5,20,000 LPA with exp, of 2.5 years.

Does anyone know if Mckinsey, Bain, BCG is hiring sustainability / esg professionals on India? If yes, Are they only open to IIM guys or hiring others as well?

Has anyone completed the Sustainability and Climate Risk Certification offered by GARP? Needed some inputs around study materials and practical benefits.
