I need your help/advise which is good company to work in. I have six offers with me, earlier I used to work in TCS (3.2Y) as Backend developer the offer which I have is given below

Product based
• Pine Labs - 16 LPA.

Service Based
•Zen and Art Inc(after 6 months on Morgan Stanley payroll, vendor company - 22 LPA)
•Quest Global, WFH - 16 LPA
•LTIMindree 15.5, Atos 14 & RBI IT 11

Now the main companies are ZnA(Morgan Stanley) and Pine Labs. Which is good company for growth?

I got offer from 2 firms KPMG global for 6 lpa and Deloitte India for 6.5 lpa. Which one should i move for.

My personal opinion is to go for DI because its in my hometown, for KPMG i need to relocate. But many people are telling WLB was bad in DI. any suggestions..

What is expected package for 8.8 YOE, Oracle Apps DBA?

Considering leaving to take a partner position at a small firm. Is it worth it? Would only be 2 partners with a staff of 10. Comp would be 250k on the low end and probably top out around 350k. Would take 3-4 years to get to this level of comp as would be buying 10% per year up to 40% of the firm. Am I stupid for not taking this? Currently manager making 125k. Comp first year as junior partner would be 120k with 10% ownership.

I am currently into the SAP Security domain and I absolutely do not have any interest in it. I am planning to shift to development and have started on some courses on my own.

My question is, is there any future prospects in SAP UI5 and Fiori? Since my background is in SAP, I assume it will make a domain switch easier.

Or should I move into the JS-React path since there seems to be a lot of demand? But my worry is about my lack of actual work experience
