Hello everyone, I want to move into analyst roles, although my current position is Associate Relationship Manager, most of the work that I do is analytical, financial management & reporting. I have been applying for analyst roles since January and I have been getting rejected. I need help understanding what else do I need to land an analyst position.? Any help/advise is appreciated.

Got an offer from pwc in the data privacy role.
With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
