2 YOE, 3.52L CTC, 21.2K Take Home Per Month

50 Lpa, 9.5 years exp, Role - management consultant
Engg + Mba tier 2, moved to industry in strategy team ( was also part of strategy consulting in deloitte)
85 lakh base, 17 lakh bonus ( as per level) ; last year was 32 lakh, Take home- 4.67 lpa, YOE-10
Deloitte USI, Campus hire till SM ; switched recently to a PE firm
Well I also had a lot of bumps in journey.
So it all started with an internship
2017 : 1.8 lpa
2018 : 4.5 lpa
2019 : 10 lpa (appraisal + switch)
2020 : 16 lpa (switch)
2021 : 20 lpa (appraisal )
2022 : 28 lpa (appraisal)
Put down my papers last week, offer in hand 37.5 lpa
Tech stack : java, react, microservices

10L fixed , take home 75k and sodexo worth 3300 ,but this month tax was deducted around 8k, not sure if it will deduct for every month now .. YoE- 4. Will be switching soon

Op true hardly change from 16 -20 lakhs. My inhand with 20.5 fixed is just 1.20 lakhs
4 YoE, 12LPA fixed, 82k take home
12.6 LPA - 10.5 fixed +20% variable - 73k take home after taxes. YOE 2.8
I'm not sure if this counts but I have an offer for 16.6 LPA which I'll be joining next month.

1L joining bonus, and lots of different variable pay components over and above this (made ~1.5-2L cumulatively)

At 12 LPA how exactly are you making close to 1 L. Tax nahi bharte kya. You won't make more than 80K max.
