Hi all! I recently finished my Masters in Biology. I worked on a few studies with human subjects as well as animal work. I am hoping to get a job in clinical research as either a CRC or CRA. I previously worked at a doctors office as a care manager for 4 years, but outside of my academic work I don’t have experience in research. I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?

I joined new company today with more than 200 percent hike.
The project I was in my previous organization was on tool( not much future scope) but supposed to get onsite next yr.
As I got this opportunity which is in java with bank captives n great hike I took it.
