Globant does not have job security at all. Barclays as a brand will definitely give you some edge when you try to switch later.

Later will think should have joined that.
BTW, wlb doesn't depend on company its all about the team.
Globant has Job security issue as most of the projects are winding up faster. Thats the only concern.

It's my personal opinion, normally female employees don't switch frequent jobs as male employees do. So its better to choose a stable job where you a get long term project.

When i was 6 yrs exp i got 32lpa from one company and 26lpa one company..i choose 26lpa job because of domain and its been 3 yrs, still i have not reached 32..currently in 30lpa with same company.
Globant is not good choice coming to job stability.
Choice is personally yours based on your needs.
If its package go with globant else barclays.
For sure Globant is the least preferred option in current market scenario. Barclays for now is the best among all.

First check the location, which one is preferred in Pune or Noida .
We are Okay with both. Anyways we’ve to relocate to new place as we are living in hometown Lucknow. So location isn’t any issue for now.

Lti Mindtree is good option. Barclays is a bank so there will not be any growth in terms of learning or skill. CTS is paying less otherwise I would have said CTS coz CTS is good for female employees. Globant has short term projects so no job security that's why they offer higher packages
How long does ltimindtree takes to release offer letter after hr round? Actually my hr round is done and im waiting for thr offer letter they told they need to get bu exception approvals and all
