Don’t think the intensity of consulting life is for me. what’s a good, enjoyable industry exit that is 40 hours or less and decent salary? I’m still 2.5 yrs out of undergrad so options are flexible

Being a .Net developer since 8 years, working on .net core since 3 yrs along with Angular and React. What next? Should we just continuously learn new front end tech?

I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours.
