Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

No
No and why would they?
Some companies will adjust salaries based on location. Usually on the way down. For example company A is opening offices in Texas and moving a division from San Francisco. They will then adjust salaries down for those required to relocate to Texas living cost as it’s a completely different base pay range for the Same roles. Again. There is no reason or incentive for them to do so if the employee is voluntarily moving to a hcol. In other words you don’t get paid extra cause you chose to move to LA or something. That’d be crazy
