I'd steer clear of new home sales. Significantly lower income, terrible hours, and delivery times are not reliable. Id recommend interviewing with a few established teams at different brokerages and see who provides a competitive split and support package while you learn.
Im looking at leasing agent positions as well, and even more now. Figure that's a good start for property mgmt.
Send me a message. I can recommend you
Not even sure how to message on here, lol
Start with resale residential real estate and build up from there.
In this economy residential RE is overly competitive, low inventory, homebuyers are sitting on record low mortgages, don't and won't budge. Topped with high home prices, high interest rates, record high insurance rates and incessant contract changes to navigate through NAR. After doing only 8 deals in 3 years, I'd never want to sell any product in a recession for any company ever again!
I would love to start at the ground level as a leasing agent and continue to learn, grow, and bring value to the team. With my strong communication skills, customer-focused approach, proven sales ability, work ethic, and drive to succeed, I know I can be an asset. Please respond if you or someone you know is looking to fill this type of role.
