What happens if you don’t join due to better package from other big 4 after excepting the offer

Align to non-M&A offering but do a lot of work in the space (DD, integrations). B4 recruiter reached out and wants me to provide resume@for review with hiring partner. Does it work if I provide a bio with summary of M&A projects (client names removed) instead of a traditional resume? Also plan to list education and previous roles.

Curious what the current Employee Referral Bonuses look like in B4 firms? As a smaller firm, our people are being inundated by recruiters, but also staff/seniors from B4 firms looking to poach, I assume because there is significant financial incentive. How good are the referral bonuses at your firm?

Is everyone excessively leaving at the Big 4 across the board or is it just PwC? Seems like everyone is leaving or searching.

What a typical % base bump from M to SM at Big 4 FS consulting?

My friend has following offers from three companies after MBA (two offcampus and one from campus)

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile

Anybody hiring for data analytics positions? I just need a first round interview. I am a decent candidate, my last 5 interviews were EY, McK, EY, McK and GS (last round, 1st round, last round, 2nd round, 1st round). I have 10 months of experience and graduated with majors in cs and bus. I interned once at a big 4 acc firm and once as a software engineer.
1 caveat: I am an F1 student on OPT.

I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Or should I stay in Audit and wait for B4 Forensics positions to open up? Please let me know your thoughts!

1. Just transferred to big 4 FDD as snr from big4 audit (~a month ago, with no deal yet under my belt)

3. 1+ year plan is to take the GMAT & apply to ivy league mba program. Planning to break into IB and then PE later.
