Im working at a big multi-product company and we're having 5 dedicated product teams, however, teams are working in silos. Each team's has its own process, design system, technology etc. We identified that most of the teams use and need components that were already conceptualised, designed and developed, for our other products, and we are starting to create a global set of components, a global design system that we will use on all our products. a few weeks ago we had a super busy day with scripts and i think i went into ‘autopilot’ because i don’t remember it happening, but i handed out the wrong prescription to someone (before you get mad, i only started a few weeks ago and i’m a junior assistant), out of all people i could’ve given the wrong medication to, it was a blind person. i have severe anxiety already and want to know some tactics to go back to work without guilt? i take guilt very heavy and struggle to get past it all

any suggestions for a clinical specialist of 7 years of exp in acute care to increase salary? or How should one have this discussion with ones director?

Does anyone work as a self contracted pharmacist or consultant pharmacist? How did you get your first role? I am working to get my consultant license. Have worked management exp. in retail and have worked as a contract pharmacist for IHS. Any advice would be wonderful.

What's the biggest health myth you've heard that you'd like to bust? Mine is that supplements are always a healthier option than prescription or OTC meds. A lot of the supplements on the shelf contain all types of unnatural ingredients and can still be harmful depending on the dosage.

Have you tried encouraging cards highlighting their strengths? When’s the last time you said “Thank you” out loud to everyone in front of everyone? Bought lunch? Participated in a team building event? Encourage a team atmosphere and keep the lines of communication open. Just my thoughts

I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. I think people will become enraged or indifferent enough to allow the federal government to take over healthcare. How many times do we see people getting free prescriptions via government coverage that drive better cars than we do?
