I am working in Amazon from past 2 years on 3rd party role as an HR Agency Supervisor and have good knowledge of my field. I have done MBA too.

When our site needs On Roll HR Admin then my manager informed me that this is just for female. And now my manager is asking me to wait for 3-4 months more.

Should i wait as my manager asked or i should start searching for a new Job.

Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .

Those who have returned to a law firm from being in-house - what was your experience like? If you hated a firm the first time, was it better the second time around? According to California Law, employers must pay unused vacation. Each year, we are given 33 days of holidays, no accrual. I was just laid off and my employer only paid half of my vacation because it’s mid year. Is this legal?

In hibob it says I had 32.5 days accrued.

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon?
