I am currently working in Nagarro and facing micromanagement, Manager misbehaviour, Very Legacy Project. I have resigned just after 1 month. I asked them to reduce my notice period but they don't agree. I can't handle their work pressure and micromanagement. They are asking me to serve full 60 days notice. I don't know what to do. Please give me some suggestions. And pls do not join Nagarro.

How do I approach wanting to work for my client I've been on for two years? Is it acceptable to directly tell the client side or should I apply first and let them know I applied?

What book have you read that was helpful for your career and/or that you would recommend? Could be a technical book, management, etc. For me, it’s a book I read a few years ago: The Phoenix Project. I never thought I would read and like a novel about DevOps but I recommend it to all my managers.

My client wants both parties to list assets & liabilities as an exhibit to their prenup without values, but waive the right to know the actual valuation of those in the prenup itself. My initial thought is this is a terrible idea & would probably make the prenup easily voidable since a main requirement for a prenup is for both to understand the nature and value of the other’s assets. I will research in my jurisdiction to confirm, but has anyone ever heard of/done this? Thoughts?

HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.

Got offered 68k after 2 years as a contractor (62.5k) doing project management/business admin in a tech department at a Fortune 500 bank. I have an A.S degree and working on my bachelor’s/masters may 2024. I negotiated to 84k NYC. I have seen interns get offered 38 per hour (79k) for internship positions with a similar role.

Thoughts? Should I go higher? I do my job well that’s why they decided to keep me as a contractor after my internship.
