I got an offer from Accenture and accepted it on the last day of July 30 July and by the time i was serving notice period. So now I dropped mail to HR yesterday to change my joining date to 30 September instead of 30 October. But still I haven't got any response or reply over the mail. Today I dropped follow up mail but still there is no response. So any idea by when the Accenture TA team can respond to the mails and I can expect the changes in my offer letter regarding the DOJ

Offer seems better than the national average for similar roles but I feel I would be underpaid based on the current market, my skills and value I will be bringing to the table. If left my previous offer, i will have only JP Morgan. Will I have any risk to keep JP Morgan offer alone? Once we get offer from JP Morgan, is ther any chance of cancel the offer? Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
