I got interviewed for one of the non tech roles in Well Fargo and it was a director who took my first round later the second round was conducted and it was with the direct manager… the director had positive feedback but I am waiting for the DM’s feedback it’s been almost a month now since the interview… is it safe to say that I didn’t qualify?? What is the usual timeline for the interview process in wells fargo

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected.
