Got an offer in Metlife for 20 LPA for the scrum master role .

Is it fair or should I be targeting 25 LPA?

I can't help but notice that the most touted exit opps mentioned here are all 'G&A' positions - S&O, CorpDev, Strat, etc. Aren't these positions the first in line to go come layoff time? Prod Management seems like it would be more insulated from layoff pressure (so long as your P&L is in the black) though even that could come under budgetary pressure.

What would be an example of 'layoff-proof' exit opp?

Is this an aggressive position? Would you use final regulations effective for tax year beggining Dec 16, 2020 to support a deduction for calendar tax year 2020? Proposed regulations didn't include this exception. More details below.

Hi all, I got job offer from CitiusTech with 8 lpa for 6.5years experience. After I got the offer letter my current company provided me the same offer to retain me. I informed the same thing to CitiusTech. Then they provided 10 lpa and sent revised offer letter.
Now my doubt is actually CitiusTech is providing good salary than the other companies. I checked in google, For 6.5 years experience they are providing 14 lpa to 16 lpa. Shall I ask them to provide me Max salary again? Please suggest me
