I have been working on a Microsoft project for last 2 years in my current org, recently I got to know that funding of our project is going to decrease and most probably they will downsize the current 10-member team as we already started to give KT sessions to them. So I fear that I will go to the bench and maybe laid-off from there. 

Can anyone please refer me to their Org if there is a relevant opening available in Data Engineer domain.

At what point are you too specialized to lateral to internal audit? I'm having more than 12 yrs of experience and current ctc is 11.20 excluding night shift and variables. I've given interview in bny got shortlisted and submitted the documents. Initially interview was for I grade in fund accounting. After documentation hr said they r hiring me for h grade I get ready for that too with offer of 12 lakh. But all of sudden hr is saying she is not confirm whether I'll get offer or not. They are bluffing all around to giving my offer. What should I do now

I’m a senior associate and received an offer to join a very profitable client as general counsel that would open lots of doors professionally and financially. Problem is I’m super burned out on law and was planning on quitting law firm in the next few weeks and doing something else with my life. Someone kick some sense into me before I decline the offer.

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?
